The hotel rooms were grubby and really need a deep clean where tiles are wiped down and carpet washed as it's beyond being able to hoover clean. Unfortunately, the room was incredibly noisy being located next to one of the busiest roads in Preston and a railway line. On the positive side, the room had an excellent desk and chair, perfect for work.

The easy access in and out was convenient, and the additional facilities like hair dryer, desktop fan, iron, and ironing board were a nice touch.
